I am extremely pleased with the experience my toddler has had at Little Sprouts daycare. The teachers have played a crucial role in ensuring a smooth transition for my child, who has easily adapted to the new environment. **UPDATE**It has been more than a year now at little sprouts and my kids are loving it here . Emily really helped my kids to transition and check mark many milestones, one such being potty training was helpful with that and with the right feedback . All the teachers are wonderful and friendly 😊We are extremely happy with Little sprouts Woburn. My twins are enrolled here since March 2022 and they just love it here, they are so excited to meet Ms Chithra and Ms Frezonae every morning. They are so friendly and treat the toddlers with so much care and affection.I was very nervous to start my toddlers with daycare, as they haven’t been out much during the pandemic and I wasn’t sure how they would get adjusted to it. But the faculty since day one here are so nice and friendly they made the transition smooth and easy for my toddlers! Ms Brenda was very cordial and answered all our questions and made us feel at ease. Ms Michelle greets us with so much enthusiasm every time we meet her.Super happy with this place !

We have had our two girls enrolled at Little Sprouts for over a year and couldn’t be happier. The lesson plans are so thoughtful and it’s been amazing watching the girls grow and reach new milestones. All of the teachers (Chithra, Fez, Sarah, Grace in particular) are so engaged and communicative. You can also tell that through the leadership of Farzana and Stacey, that there’s a real feel of community and connection.

We are so grateful for Ms. Sarah in the infant room. Our 9 month old LOVES her and is so happy to see her every day and we know she’s in good hands. Sarah is very knowledgeable about infants and has helped our daughter learn and grow. She’s great at communicating everything we should know and sharing updates throughout the day. We couldn’t be happier with our daughter’s time at Little Sprouts. The directors Farzana and Staci are also very hands on in the infant room and really make us feel like we are a part of a great community. Destiny in the infant room is also one of our daughter’s favorite people and can always cheer her up. I’m not going to be able to name everyone, but when we walk down the hall to her classroom it seems like everyone knows my daughter by name and says hi. Little Sprouts Woburn has provided safe, fun, and educational childcare for our infant. Thank you all so much!!

My son has been attending Little Sprouts for more than 3 months now, and I have been so impressed with the quality of care that he has received. The staff is warm, friendly, and professional, and they clearly love working with children. My son has thrived in this environment, and I am so grateful for the positive impact that the daycare has had on his life.He has made so many new friends, and he has learned so much. He is more confident and independent than ever before, and he loves coming to daycare every day. I know that he is in good hands, and I am so thankful for the dedicated staff who care for him so well.

My daughter has been going to Little Sprouts for 14 months and we have been very happy with the care she has been given. She is currently in the toddler classroom and they organize so many amazingly creative activities for the children each day. Rosemarie is her primary teacher and our daughter loves her,now she with Ms Emily she very happy with her ,I know she is always in great hands with her and learning and having lots of fun. They send you photos of your children throughout the day which is really ,thank you all they teacher’s to making my daughter happy .

Susana Ficher

Executive Director

Susana has been a part of the Little Sprouts team since 2011, though her entire career has been grounded in early education: from teacher, to team leader, to Education Coach, and now Executive Director. With her penchant for educational excellence, Susana provides an array of exciting and enriching experiences for families. In her spare time, Susana enjoys reading, kayaking, biking, and gardening.

Ashley Pelletier

Education Coach

Ashley is enthusiastic about education. Since joining Little Sprouts in 2013, she has enjoyed helping children develop a lifelong love of learning. Ashley lives in Beverly, MA with her fiancée, and she is currently working on her master’s degree from Cambridge College.
