Little Sprouts’ core purpose is to sprout humanitarians. We trust in the power of literacy- social, emotional, and cognitive- to change the world. We believe in the commonality of humanity. Little Sprouts families reflect 52 cultures speaking 23 languages from all walks of social, economic, religious and ethnic backgrounds.

Little Sprouts Culture is one of equality, diversity and opportunity, nurturing career ambitions, professional and personal growth and open, honest communication. Little Sprouts is proud to be an employer partner with COMPASS Community College Collaborative (CCCC) Program since 2008.   Program participants will complete 160 hours of subsidized employment training at Little Sprouts, and be supported in applying for Assistant Teacher and other positions.
