Alison Boucher has been with Little Sprouts since 1994. She has worked in every aspect of early childhood education with Little Sprouts as a toddler teacher, a preschool teacher, a kindergarten teacher and as an Executive Director at our Lowell school for 4 years and our Andover schools for 3 years. Alison has an associate’s degree in early childhood education and is pursuing a BA from Salem State College. Alison is DEEC Director II and High/Scope certified as is trained 
                                              as a Franklin Covey, “7 Habits” facilitator. She is also a
                                              parent to two of her own “Little Sprouts”.
