Testimonials:

"I started my career with Little Sprouts Methuen in January 1994 as a college intern conducting my first student teaching assignment. In April of that year I started working as an assistant in the afternoons. When I graduated the following June, I came on as a full-time preschool teacher. Since then I have held just about every position—from team leader and Associate Director at Methuen, Curriculum Director for 5 years at our Lowell school, and then Executive Director at Andover. I moved to the home office in the Regional Director role in September 2002. Little Sprouts has continued to grow as an organization; through this growth we are able to offer a variety of opportunities for career development. Further, the culture—specifically the communication strategies and openness to improve our programs and systems in an effort to create the highest level of excellence for our people, children, families, and employees—makes Little Sprouts a great place to work to me!"
~ Alison Boucher, Regional Director

"I have been an employee of Little Sprouts for over 15 years, starting as a preschool teacher at our NECC school. Within those 15 years, I have been given many opportunities to grow and learn both personally and professionally. Little sprouts has invested over $40,000 in trainings, workshops, and tuition for my children. I have met and connected with many people over the years and am grateful for each and every one."
~ Kathleen Curry, Culture Coach

Testimonials
I have seen my daughter blossom and grow so much in the year that she has been at Little Sprouts. Every teacher goes out of their way to know my daughter. It really is like her second family. Little Sprouts is really dedicated to helping my daughter learn and grow, and giving her lots of love in the process.
