Little Sprouts provides and funds over three times the required amount of professional development hours per year for every employee to maintain a high level of excellence while providing our staff with additional opportunities for professional growth. All employees receive over 100 hours of in-house training and 67 hours of professional development every year. We are transforming early education in Massachusetts at every level, every day!

Little Sprouts offers comprehensive training and conferences through the HighScope Foundation. Their trainers are sensitive to individuals' needs and learning styles, just as we are with our children, and the operation of our early learning centers and so provide participants with a varied range of opportunities to learn.

Leadership Academy
The Leadership Academy is an opportunity for educators that have shown strong leadership in their classroom environments and within their school community to take time out for deep growth and reflection on the direction they would like to take their careers. The Academy provides participants with opportunities to work on projects with peers that will also support the growth and development of the individual school and the company.
