Little Sprouts Partners with American Education Group
March 2008

Little Sprouts Family and Friends,

I am so excited to share with you the announcement of our partnership with American Education Group (AEG).  Our vision to grow Little Sprouts throughout Massachusetts and in the Nation will become a reality with the integration of Little Sprouts and the AEG team.  We have been extremely intentional about choosing a partner to expand our award winning early education programs.  American Education Group's CEO, Pete Ruppert, and his team are committed to creating and sustaining excellence in education and investing in the social emotional education of our children.   In a nutshell, AEG are our kind of people!

As a result of this partnership, we will open new centers and expand our early education model.  As you know from our previous survey, we are also interested in opening a private elementary school that will embrace our unique philosophies.  Imagine!  If you are relocating, don't fret, there may be a Little Sprouts opening near you!

I am thrilled to continue my role as President of Little Sprouts and Partner of American Education Group.  We have recently celebrated our 25th Anniversary of serving children, families and teachers.  We consider our management team to be a group of committed humanitarians that believe in the power of literacy: social, emotional, intellectual, spiritual and physical.  Little Sprouts believes in the commonality of humanity.   We embrace that unity is best achieved through celebrating diversity.   We currently operate Little Sprouts programs in 7 communities, supporting families that reflect 32 cultures and 23 languages from a variety of socio-economic, religious and ethnic backgrounds.  We are truly the tribe of humanity.

What does this mean for our current Little Sprouts families and children?  Our partnership with AEG will give us the resources and expertise to share the excellence that we know as Little Sprouts with many more communities across the nation.  You will see our day to day operations and exceptional programming continue as always.

We invite you to meet AEG's stellar CEO, Pete Ruppert, Monday March 31, 2008 at the Technology Center on campus at Northern Essex Community College in Haverhill, Ma.  Pete and I will be meeting and greeting families from 6:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.  We will present an overview of the partnership of AEG and Little Sprouts, with a Q & A to follow.  Pete and I will then meet all of the Little Sprouts teachers and present an overview from 7:00 p.m. - 9:00p.m. with Q & A to follow.  For sure there will be Sals pizza and something fun to drink for all!

We invite you to share in this enchanting time of childhood by watching us Sprout!

With You in Peace,
Susan Leger-Ferraro
