I continue to be more and more impressed with the Little Sprouts organization. Everyone I've met has been amazing. I have seen so many impressive teaching strategies. I think I'll be able to learn a lot from them in the coming month. 

I was floored by the amount of training time offered to teachers. Not to mention, the focus on Stephen Covey's "7 Habits" philosophy. I'm a huge believer in all things Franklin Covey. I put together an entire training and development program for the employees at my previous company. Franklin Covey was an important part of the training, as well as Dale Carnegie Leadership training. I knew that I was impressed with the school when I was interviewing preschools a year ago, but I didn't realize how many synergies there were between the school and my background. I guess you just have a gut feel when something is a good fit for you and your family.
