Pam Quinn

With Little Sprouts Since 2007

Pam has been a passionate Executive Director of Little Sprouts Nashua since August 2022. She graduated with an Associate's Degree from Middlesex Community College in 2004, and later pursued double Bachelor's degrees in Early Childhood Education and Psychology from Salem State College in 2008. Pam has extensive experience working with children of all age groups and capabilities. She lives in Chelmsford with her parents and enjoys spending time with her 11 nieces and nephews, as well as, her two great-nieces.

Amy Ouellette

With Little Sprouts Since 2017

Amy is the Lead Teacher in our PreK classroom and also serves as our Mentor Teacher Trainer. In 2024, she stepped up to become the Assistant Director. Amy's passion for teaching stems from her love of seeing children learn and grow. She resides in Hudson, NH, and enjoys spending time with her niece and nephew. In her free time, Amy loves attending country concerts with her boyfriend. She is also a big fan of penguins, anything Disney, and the color orange!

Ashley McKinley

18+ Years of Experience in Field of ECE

Ashley began her journey at Heartworks in 2007 as a classroom teacher. She advanced to the Heartworks Shelburne Director position in 2016, became the Executive Director in 2022, and started as Director of Operations in 2024. Ashley now serves as a Regional Operations Manager, overseeing all Heartworks in Vermont and several Little Sprouts schools. She holds a Bachelor's degree from Hartwick College, a Step 2 Director's Credential in Vermont, and is currently enrolled in the Master's program at UVM for Educational Leadership and Policy. An avid runner, skier, and cyclist, Ashley is also a proud mom of two girls, Eloise and Lillian, who both attended Heartworks Shelburne.
