Kate Cannella

With Little Sprouts Since 2003

Earning her Bachelor’s Degree in Education from Boston University, she began as a preschool/kindergarten teacher, and also taught infants and toddlers. In 2005, Kate became the Preschool Assistant Director, and in 2007, she started her role as Executive Director. Kate takes great pride in knowing all of the families at her school, and enjoys spending time with the students every day. Outside of Little Sprouts, Kate is married and has two children. She loves spending time with her family and seeing her children grow at Little Sprouts.

With six years of experience teaching preschool and toddlers, Jackie transitioned to her current role, bringing a wealth of knowledge and passion. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from SNHU. Jackie thrives on building connections with families and celebrating children's milestones. A dedicated mother to a 7-year-old daughter and a 1-year-old son, Jackie enjoys family time, traveling, and exploring local thrift stores.

She values building strong connections with students and their families, and takes pride in supporting the growth and development of every child in her care.

Our classrooms are intentionally designed to support each developmental stage. Infant classrooms typically enroll up to seven children each. Toddler classrooms welcome up to nine children per room. Preschool classrooms are licensed for 19–20 children, and pre-K classrooms enroll up to 20 children. Our kindergarten classroom serves older 4- and 5-year-olds with a capacity of 20. All classrooms follow Massachusetts state–mandated teacher-to-child ratios to ensure individualized care and attention.

Yes. Our school is open from 7:15 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. to support your work schedule and provide your child with a full day of engaging, nurturing care.
