Classrooms are intentionally structured to support development across 12 total rooms: Infant classrooms: up to 7 children with a 1:3 teacher-to-child ratio (four infant rooms), Toddler classrooms: up to 9 children with a 1:4 ratio (five toddler rooms), Preschool classrooms: up to 20 children with a 1:10 ratio (three preschool rooms, including one dedicated Pre-K classroom for children 4 and up)
Yes. Our school is open from 6:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. to support your work schedule and provide your child with a full day of engaging, nurturing care.
Our school includes nature-based, Reggio-inspired outdoor exploration spaces, nature stations in every age group, a dedicated gross motor room, and music every other week. Classrooms were recently refreshed with new flooring to create an even brighter, more inviting environment.
We have two separate playgrounds: one designed for toddlers and one for preschoolers. Each outdoor area supports safe, age-appropriate exploration throughout the year.
Children enjoy music every other week, supporting movement, rhythm, and early literacy through playful, engaging sessions.
We host large family events every other month or at least quarterly, including our recent Trunk or Treat, which welcomed 90 children. These gatherings help families connect with one another and build community within the school.
Our school is active in the local community, taking part in Haverhill Pride, Kids Fest, the Sea Festival of Trees, the Farmers Market, and story time events with the Haverhill Public Library. We are also proud members of the Haverhill Chamber of Commerce.
We are located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in a standalone school building on the first level beneath the Moody Public Extension. The location feels tucked away yet is conveniently close to Route 495.
Yes. Many members of our team have been with the school for more than ten years. Both the Executive Director and Assistant Director began as co-teachers in 2011, and all of their own children have graduated from Little Sprouts, which is a true testament to their commitment and trust in this school community.
