She chose the field of early childhood education because of her love for working with children and finds it incredibly rewarding to watch them grow into brilliant young individuals. Nicole’s caring nature, strong leadership, and commitment to creating a positive and engaging environment help ensure that every child feels supported and inspired to learn.

21+ Years in Early Education

Sandra has built her career in the early education field, starting as an infant teacher in 2004 and advancing to center director. Most recently, she managed operations for an international backup care platform, collaborating with thousands of families and child care providers. Sandra holds a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and Psychology from Salem State University, which has equipped her to support her team effectively. A mother of a 2-year-old boy and a 10-month-old girl, Sandra enjoys spending time with her family, discovering new restaurants, and cozying up with a good book in her free time.
