Executive Director

Cori Lucius

10+ Years in Early Education

Cori is a seasoned early childhood education leader with over a decade of experience, holding a B.S. from UMASS Amherst and a Master’s in Education from Framingham State. She began her career at UMASS Nutrition Extension in Worcester and has since directed multiple programs, earning her Director II license and successfully launching a new school in Hopkinton. In 2025, Cori joined Little Sprouts to align with her passion for high-quality, educator-focused early learning, and now leads the Marlborough school with a commitment to creating a joyful, nurturing environment for children, families, and staff. Outside of work, she enjoys museum visits, exploring Vermont, and singing Motown with her daughter and husband.

Kiley Linnell

10+ Years in Early Education

Kiley brings diverse experience in early childhood settings, including daycares, schools, camps, and as a nanny. She holds an associate degree in Early Childhood Education from MassBay Community College and a bachelor’s degree in Family and Child Studies with a minor in Psychology from Framingham State University. Passionate about helping children reach their full potential, Kiley is committed to creating supportive environments where educators feel valued and families feel connected. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and is excited to be part of the Little Sprouts team.
