On colder or rainy days, children can stay active in our indoor play space, which includes access to dedicated gross motor rooms for infants/toddlers and preschool/pre-K learners, each designed to support movement, sensory exploration, and hands-on STEAM activities.

Abby brings extensive knowledge and dedication to her role. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Science with a minor in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Abby discovered her passion for Early Education while working as an after-school teacher, leading her to earn her Director Certification in 2018. Residing in Dedham with her husband, infant daughter, and their 18lb cat, Grammy, Abby enjoys reading, walking, and cooking new recipes. Her commitment to nurturing and supporting children and educators makes her an invaluable leader.

Rebecca Smith

Teaching since 2003

Originally from the UK, Rebecca moved to the US in 2018 and has been teaching since 2003, primarily in preschool classrooms. She earned her Director Certification in 2022. Rebecca holds a Diploma in Childcare and Education, a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood, and is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Early Education. Residing in Natick with her husband, infant son, and pet lizards — Harry, Fifi, and Mango — Rebecca enjoys spending time in nature, walking the beautiful Massachusetts trails, and reading a good book. Her extensive experience and dedication to early education make her a valuable member of the Little Sprouts Natick team.

Yes. Our school is open from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. to support your work schedule and provide your child with a full day of engaging, nurturing care.

Our school includes a STEAM room, dedicated gross motor rooms for multiple age groups, and a soon-to-be-added nature room. Children also benefit from engaging programs such as Music and Amazing Athletes.

Children participate in weekly or bi-weekly music sessions, Amazing Athletes classes, STEAM-based activities, and hands-on learning experiences that support creativity, movement, and early problem-solving skills.

We host monthly family events and offer an active parent partnership group. These gatherings provide opportunities for families to connect, collaborate, and participate in the school community throughout the year.
