Outdoor Playgrounds

Our outdoor spaces are designed for safety and sized for growth. Each playground is tailored to a specific age group - ensuring safe play that supports physical development and social interaction at every stage.

Discovery Space

Our active spaces are designed to strengthen coordination, balance, and muscle development through climbing, jumping, crawling, and dancing. They also encourage curiosity with STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math) activities for hands-on learning.

Music & Movement

Included weekly in all classrooms, this program blends music therapy with educational play to support developmental growth through song, instruments, sign language, and movement.

Nature Stations

Nature stations bring the outdoors in, offering hands-on exploration of natural materials and seasonal changes. These spaces spark wonder, observation, and a deep connection to the environment.

Seed & Sew

As S.E.E.D (Schools Excelling in Emotional Development) certified schools, we are dedicated to nurturing emotional intelligence, connection, and resilience in early childhood. My younger daughter has been in the Toddler class for one year and she absolutely loves it. Every day when I pick her up, there is a big smile on her face. The teachers and managers are wonderful and super helpful. My daughter has learned quite a lot from the daycare. There are four toddler classes and my daughter can often play with kids in different classes. We are happy to let her stay there until school age.

Our son has been enrolled at Little Sprouts since October of 2023. I honestly love this place so much that although we moved from Brighton all the way to Braintree we still kept him enrolled. The staff is great and it's not a revolving door of staff like in many daycares. They do so much with the kids and the curriculum is great for each age group/class. I am updated daily through the app, they have picture days and a year book every year that you can order which includes all of their memories…

Executive Director

Christine Clarke

40+ Years of Experience in ECE

Christine has been a dedicated professional in the field of Early Education since 1985. She holds a BA in Education and began her career as an Infant teacher, later transitioning to Pre-K. After many years of teaching, Christine advanced to the role of Director in Early Education, driven by her passion for broadening young children’s minds. In her spare time, Christine enjoys walking her dog, reading mystery novels, and completing puzzles. Her extensive experience and commitment to early childhood education make her an invaluable leader at Little Sprouts Watertown.

Assistant Director

Amanda Clarke

In the Field of ECE since 2012

Amanda started as a floating teacher. She graduated with a BA in Biology and took a break from 2017 to 2018 to teach high school biology. In 2019, Amanda became a Pre-K teacher and advanced to Assistant Director in Early Education. She has since graduated with her Master’s in Business Administration. She chooses to work in Early Ed to bring the joy of STEM to children. In her spare time, you will see her cooking delicious food or crafting!

Regional Operations Manager

Sandra Delaney

21+ Years in the Field of ECE

Sandra has built her career in the early education field, starting as an infant teacher in 2004 and advancing to center director. Most recently, she managed operations for an international backup care platform, collaborating with thousands of families and child care providers. Sandra holds a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and Psychology from Salem State University, which has equipped her to support her team effectively. A mother of a 2-year-old boy and a 10-month-old girl, Sandra enjoys spending time with her family, discovering new restaurants, and cozying up with a good book in her free time.
