Outdoor Playgrounds

Our outdoor spaces are designed for safety and sized for growth. Each playground is tailored to a specific age group - ensuring safe play that supports physical development and social interaction at every stage.

Discovery Space

Our active spaces are designed to strengthen coordination, balance, and muscle development through climbing, jumping, crawling, and dancing. They also encourage curiosity with STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math) activities for hands-on learning.

Music & Movement

Included weekly in all classrooms, this program blends music therapy with educational play to support developmental growth through song, instruments, sign language, and movement.

Nature Stations

Nature stations bring the outdoors in, offering hands-on exploration of natural materials and seasonal changes. These spaces spark wonder, observation, and a deep connection to the environment.

Amber Adams

With Little Sprouts Since 2018

Amber has been a dedicated professional in the field of early education since 2006. Starting her career as an assistant toddler teacher, Amber's passion and commitment have propelled her to the role of Executive Director. She earned her degree in Early Childhood Education in 2013 and joined Little Sprouts in 2018. Since then, Amber has led and supported numerous Little Sprouts locations, providing invaluable guidance and support to teachers. Her love for mentoring and helping educators thrive makes her an exceptional leader at Little Sprouts Medford.

With a bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and Child Studies and a master's degree in Early Childhood Education, Irina brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her role. She has worked with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, starting her career as an assistant teacher. Irina's gentle, hands-on teaching style focuses on creating a nurturing environment for children to thrive. Since joining Little Sprouts in 2020, she has been an integral part of the supportive community, dedicated to fostering growth and development in young learners.

With Little Sprouts Since 2023

Kyeisha has been dedicated to the field of childcare since 2012. She finds immense joy in teaching, as she believes children are like sponges, eagerly absorbing knowledge and experiences with enthusiasm and curiosity. Witnessing their growth is incredibly rewarding for her. Kyeisha's favorite children's books are from the Elephant and Piggy series. Residing locally in Medford, she enjoys off-roading with her Jeep in her free time. Additionally, Kyeisha is a certified birth and postpartum doula, bringing a unique set of skills and expertise to her role at Little Sprouts Medford.
