Aimee Cormier

24+ Years in Early Education

Aimee graduated from Framingham State with a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education and Sociology. She began her career as a teacher in 2001 and graduated into a directing role in 2007. Aimee joined Little Sprouts in 2017 and has worked at many of our locations. She is devoted to providing exceptional care for the families and staff she serves. Aimee is also a mom to two children, Brooke and Ryan, and many fur babies.

40+ Years in Early Education

Jean holds a degree in Early Education and Care and brings a wealth of experience to her role as Assistant Director. Since joining Little Sprouts in 2017 as a toddler teacher, Jean has excelled in various positions, including teaching across all age groups, Program Director, and Executive Director. Her passion for working closely with children and families, coupled with her dedication to mentoring teachers, has been a driving force throughout her career. As a mother of three sons, Jean deeply understands and connects with the needs and concerns of families, making her an invaluable asset to our team.

With over 20 years of experience nurturing and guiding young minds, Izzy has been a dedicated and passionate infant teacher since joining our team in 2019. She brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our school. She is committed to creating a safe, engaging, and loving environment that fosters growth and development in our youngest learners. As the Health, Safety, and Security Coordinator, she prioritizes the well-being and protection of our children, families, and staff. When she's not teaching or coordinating safety initiatives, you can find her enjoying moments with our infant friends as they discover and explore the world around them.

Our classroom sizes are intentionally designed to support focused, individualized attention: Infant classroom: up to 7 children with a 1:3 teacher to student ratio, Infant–Toddler classroom: small group size tailored for emerging movers, Toddler classroom: developmentally appropriate small-group setting, Toddler/Preschool transition classroom (ages 2.5–3.5): 14 children with 3 teachers, Preschool/Pre-K classroom (ages 3.5–5): up to 17 children with 2 teachers.

Yes. Our school is open from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. to support your work schedule and provide your child with a full day of engaging, nurturing care.

Yes. Our school has both a Health and Safety Support Coordinator and a mentor teacher, and each has been part of our Arlington community for seven years. Their long-standing experience supports consistency, safety, and high-quality classroom practices.

Children enjoy weekly music experiences led by a specialist. These sessions support movement, listening skills, and early literacy, and are a highlight for many of our classrooms.
