Little Sprouts Arlington offers the early learning experience you are looking for – whether it’s a trusted preschool program or nurturing infant and toddler classrooms that are more than just “daycare,” our full-time and part-time options offer families the ideal care solution that fits their needs.

Children enjoy stepping back into Arlington history every day! Set in a picturesque Victorian mansion, Little Sprouts Arlington is conveniently located on Pleasant Street (Route 60), just outside of Arlington Center. In addition to the bright and sunny classrooms, children will also experience abundant outdoor time on our expansive on-site playgrounds and on neighborhood walks.

Outdoor Playgrounds

Our outdoor spaces are designed for safety and sized for growth. Each playground is tailored to a specific age group - ensuring safe play that supports physical development and social interaction at every stage.

Music & Movement

Included weekly in all classrooms, this program blends music therapy with educational play to support developmental growth through song, instruments, sign language, and movement.

Nature Stations

Nature stations bring the outdoors in, offering hands-on exploration of natural materials and seasonal changes. These spaces spark wonder, observation, and a deep connection to the environment.

Seed & Sew

As S.E.E.D (Schools Excelling in Emotional Development) certified schools, we are dedicated to nurturing emotional intelligence, connection, and resilience in early childhood. SEED helps us empower educators and parents to create environments where children, and the adults who support them, can thrive.

Executive Director

Aimee Cormier

24+ Years in Early Education

Aimee graduated from Framingham State with a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education and Sociology. She began her career as a teacher in 2001 and graduated into a directing role in 2007. Aimee joined Little Sprouts in 2017 and has worked at many of our locations. She is devoted to providing exceptional care for the families and staff she serves. Aimee is also a mom to two children, Brooke and Ryan, and many fur babies.

Jean Richard

40+ Years in Early Education

Jean holds a degree in Early Education and Care and brings a wealth of experience to her role as Assistant Director. Since joining Little Sprouts in 2017 as a toddler teacher, Jean has excelled in various positions, including teaching across all age groups, Program Director, and Executive Director. Her passion for working closely with children and families, coupled with her dedication to mentoring teachers, has been a driving force throughout her career. As a mother of three sons, Jean deeply understands and connects with the needs and concerns of families, making her an invaluable asset to our team.

With over 20 years of experience nurturing and guiding young minds, Izzy has been a dedicated and passionate infant teacher since joining our team in 2019. She brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our school. She is committed to creating a safe, engaging, and loving environment that fosters growth and development in our youngest learners. As the Health, Safety, and Security Coordinator, she prioritizes the well-being and protection of our children, families, and staff. When she's not teaching or coordinating safety initiatives, you can find her enjoying moments with our infant friends as they discover and explore the world around them.
