Sangeeta rejoined Little Sprouts, drawn by its warm, collaborative culture, having served in diverse roles that deepen her understanding of how young children learn and thrive. With a Bachelor's degree in Business and Finance and a Diploma in Early Childhood Education, she blends structure and creativity to lead with both heart and strategy. She is passionate about fostering strong, respectful partnerships among children, families, and educators, and is committed to creating joyful, inclusive environments where every child can grow and shine. Outside of work, Sangeeta enjoys nature walks, music, and spending time with her two children, family, and friends.

Classroom sizes follow state ratios and support individualized learning. Infants (6 weeks–15 months): up to 7 children with a 3:1 or 7:2 children-to-teacher ratio, Toddlers (15 months–2 years): up to 9 children with a 4:1 ratio, Preschool: up to 13 children with a 10:1 or 13:2 ratio. Our preschool classroom is intentionally small and often operates with 6–7 children per teacher to create a calm, nurturing, home-like learning environment.

Yes. Our school is open from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. to support your work schedule and provide your child with a full day of engaging, nurturing care.

Yes. Our Health and Safety Support Coordinator is Medega. While Belmont does not currently have a mentor teacher, our teaching team includes five certified educators, two certified lead teachers, and a highly experienced staff member, Maritza, who has been part of our school community for ten years.

Our school incorporates nature-based learning, music every other week, the Choose Love curriculum, and daily music-and-movement activities that build social-emotional skills, creativity, and confidence.

We host monthly Parent Partnership meetings, quarterly family events, and monthly open houses. These gatherings encourage community-building and create meaningful opportunities for families to connect with teachers and one another.

Our Belmont location takes part in local events such as Belmont Day and Arlington Day, helping children and families feel connected to the surrounding community.
