Kia holds an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Care and Administration and has over 10 years of experience working with children from infants to Pre-K. Each stage has given her a deeper understanding of the importance of early learning and development. She enjoys building meaningful relationships with children and their families, and finds joy in watching kids grow into confident, curious learners. Inspired by the unique personalities of the children she works with, Kia is grateful to be part of a nurturing team at Little Sprouts that shares her passion for helping children thrive.

Each classroom includes its own nature station, supporting sensory exploration and hands-on learning. The school also features a Discovery Room with STEAM activities for toddlers and preschoolers, providing an engaging indoor environment for creative play and problem-solving.

Our school offers three private, fenced, and shaded outdoor spaces: an infant/toddler playground, a toddler playground, and a preschool playground. Each area is designed to support safe, developmentally appropriate movement and outdoor exploration.

We host parent events every other month and maintain a bi-monthly Parent Partnership Group where families can connect, share feedback, and collaborate with our team. These opportunities strengthen communication and help families feel part of our school community.

We are active members of the Milton Chamber of Commerce and regularly participate in community events, including the Milton Halloween Stroll, the Garden Stroll, and additional seasonal celebrations.
