A proud graduate of Wheelock College with a BA in Early Childhood Education, Yvonne began her career as a teacher assistant and steadily advanced to leadership roles, joining Little Sprouts 13 years ago. Her lifelong passion for teaching and dedication to nurturing young children and supporting families and educators define her approach. Outside of work, Yvonne enjoys spending time with her daughter and granddaughter, traveling, and reading.

Sandra Delaney

21+ Years in Early Education

Sandra has built her career in the early education field, starting as an infant teacher in 2004 and advancing to center director. Most recently, she managed operations for an international backup care platform, collaborating with thousands of families and child care providers. Sandra holds a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and Psychology from Salem State University, which has equipped her to support her team effectively. A mother of a 2-year-old boy and a 10-month-old girl, Sandra enjoys spending time with her family, discovering new restaurants, and cozying up with a good book in her free time.

These ratios ensure that every child receives the individualized attention, support, and guidance they need throughout their early learning journey.

Yes. Our school is open from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. to support your work schedule and provide your child with a full day of engaging, nurturing care.

We offer music and Amazing Athletes as part of our enrichment programming, giving children opportunities to build rhythm, coordination, and gross motor confidence. Our team is also developing a new multi-purpose room that will support both STEAM activities and indoor gross motor play.

We work closely with families through daily communication and consistent, relationship-building interactions at drop-off and pick-up. Our team prioritizes strong connections, staying tuned in to family needs, and maintaining an open-door atmosphere.

Our location is actively strengthening connections within the South End and surrounding neighborhoods. We continue to develop relationships with local organizations and partners that support early learning, community involvement, and family needs, with additional collaborations expected as our programming grows.

Our entrance is located at the back of the building. If GPS directions take you to the front, simply continue around to the rear side to access the correct entry point. This helps ensure safe, convenient drop-offs and pick-ups for all families.
