Transitioning into a coordinator role, Claisha developed and implemented curriculum strategies, ensured best practices, and provided ongoing support to staff, families, and children. This role sharpened her leadership skills and deepened her ability to inspire colleagues. As Assistant Director, Claisha balances administrative responsibilities with a focus on quality education, contributing to the center's success and improving staff morale. She is excited to join the team and looks forward to this new journey.

Sandra has built her career in the early education field, starting as an infant teacher in 2004 and advancing to center director. Most recently, she managed operations for an international backup care platform, collaborating with thousands of families and child care providers. Sandra holds a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and Psychology from Salem State University, which has equipped her to support her team effectively. A mother of a 2-year-old boy and a 10-month-old girl, Sandra enjoys spending time with her family, discovering new restaurants, and cozying up with a good book in her free time.
