Kelsey Flanagan

With Little Sprouts Since 2014

Kelsey began as a Prekindergarten Teacher and advanced to Assistant Director in 2018. With a Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Kelsey brings 18 years of experience in various roles, including Teacher Assistant, Instructional Aide, and Prekindergarten Teacher. She stepped into her current role as Executive Director in 2021. Originally from Quincy, Kelsey now resides in Lowell with her fiancé. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, especially her two nieces, and loves reading, listening to music, and relaxing at the beach.

Rebecca Flood

With Little Sprouts Since 2017

Rebecca joined the Little Sprouts family in 2017 as the Assistant Director at Little Sprouts Haverhill. She transitioned to North Andover in 2023. Rebecca holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Development and Family Services from the University of Connecticut and a Master's Degree in Early Childhood from Northcentral University. Originally from Stamford, CT, she now resides in Haverhill. Rebecca enjoys reading, dining out, and watching movies. She loves spending time with her husband, son Conor, family, and friends. Fun fact: Rebecca played ice hockey from ages 9-18 and has a passion for singing!

Heather Currie

30+ Years in the field of ECE

Heather started her journey in 1995 as a preschool teacher, on to a center director, and over the last nine years has been in the regional manager role at Little Sprouts. Heather understands and works to support the centers in providing and fostering the highest quality environments for children to thrive. Heather holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Phoenix in Business Administration and an associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education. Heather has three children, ages 27, 24, and 15, who are all Little Sprouts graduates! In her spare time, she enjoys working out, being outdoors in the warmer months, and spending time with her family.

Our main entrance is located at the back of the building in the parking lot, just off Route 114. Although the building has two floors, all classrooms are located on the first floor for easy access.
