With Little Sprouts Since 2005

Heather has been a dedicated member of the Little Sprouts team since 2005, starting her journey as an infant teacher. Over the years, she has also taught in Preschool and Pre-kindergarten classrooms and held roles as Associate Director and Curriculum Director. Heather believes that every child deserves a loving and supportive environment to learn and grow and takes great pride in overseeing high-quality early education. She considers it a privilege to train and collaborate with such dedicated and compassionate teachers. In her spare time Heather enjoys spending time with her husband, their son Riley and their three dogs Gracie, Mercy and Tilly.

Alex earned a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education with a minor in Business Administration from Salem State University in 2019. Quickly advancing within the organization, Alex became the Education Coach in 2020 and transitioned to Assistant Director in 2024. Passionate about creating a safe, fun, and nurturing learning environment, Alex enjoys mentoring teachers and developing creative, inclusive curricula for all age groups, allowing children to explore and be creative. Little Sprouts' supportive program has been instrumental in Alex's growth and success within the company.

Heather started her journey in 1995 as a preschool teacher, on to a center director, and over the last nine years has been in the regional manager role at Little Sprouts. Heather understands and works to support the centers in providing and fostering the highest quality environments for children to thrive. Heather holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Phoenix in Business Administration and an associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education. Heather has three children, ages 27, 24, and 15, who are all Little Sprouts graduates! In her spare time, she enjoys working out, being outdoors in the warmer months, and spending time with her family.
