Affectionately called a Little Sprouts’ “dream school,” our Stratham Exeter space was crafted with parents and children in mind. Featuring several amenities, such as a private infant playground and an indoor play space with a bicycle track, both you and your child will be excited to come to school every day. Beautiful toddler and preschool playgrounds feature natural elements and provide a means for your child to explore and enjoy the fresh air.

By providing an environment that supports interactive learning and collaborative play, we guide children along a journey of making friends and developing core skills at our Little Sprouts Stratham Exeter school. Discovery Space

Our active spaces are designed to strengthen coordination, balance, and muscle development through climbing, jumping, crawling, and dancing. They also encourage curiosity with STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math) activities for hands-on learning.

Music & Movement

Included weekly in all classrooms, this program blends music therapy with educational play to support developmental growth through song, instruments, sign language, and movement.

Nature Stations

Nature stations bring the outdoors in, offering hands-on exploration of natural materials and seasonal changes. These spaces spark wonder, observation, and a deep connection to the environment.

Seed & Sew

As S.E.E.D (Schools Excelling in Emotional Development) certified schools, we are dedicated to nurturing emotional intelligence, connection, and resilience in early childhood. We love Little Sprouts Stratham! Returning to work from maternity leave was tough, once I met all of the teacher and saw the classrooms it made me so much more comfortable. I can see the genuine care each teacher has for their students. The school has great communication and incredible staff. Executive Director

Kelcie O'Connor

In the Field of ECE since the age of 16

From a young age, Kelcie loved the field so much that she went to Salem State University and graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education. Kelsie started as an infant teacher at Little Sprouts Peabody and Little Sprouts Woburn and then became the education coach. Kelsie was an Assistant Director at a different school for a brief period before returning to Little Sprouts in 2021 to become the Executive Director. Since her return, Kelsie has learned and loved the business side of running an early childcare center while still being involved in seeing the children and being able to play with them. You'll often find Kelsie joining a classroom when they are playing with shaving cream.

Nicole Galvin

With Little Sprouts Since 2019

Nicole has been passionate about early education since high school, where she fell in love with teaching through a child development elective. She graduated from Northern Essex Community College with an Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education in 2016. Nicole began her journey at Little Sprouts Stratham as a preschool teacher and was promoted to Assistant Director in 2021. Nicole furthered her education by earning a Bachelor's in Child and Family Studies from Merrimack College in 2024. With extensive experience teaching infants to school-age children, Nicole loves helping teachers with curriculum and enjoys daily interactions with the children, from snuggling babies to playing on the playground with preschoolers. Being in the classroom is always a joy for her.

Robyn Nelson

15+ Years of Experience in Childcare

Robyn joined Little Sprouts in March 2024, bringing with her 15 years of experience in childcare. From 2009 to 2017, she worked in various centers, primarily as an infant teacher. More recently, Robyn expanded her expertise by working as a nanny and a talent acquisition specialist for a childcare center. Her extensive background in early childhood education and her commitment to ensuring a safe and nurturing environment makes her an invaluable member of the Little Sprouts team.
