Executive Director

Kelsie O'Connor

In the Field of ECE since the age of 16

From a young age, Kelsie loved the field so much that she went to Salem State University and graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education. Kelsie started as an infant teacher at Little Sprouts Peabody and Little Sprouts Woburn and then became the education coach. Kelsie was an Assistant Director at a different school for a brief period before returning to Little Sprouts in 2021 to become the Executive Director. Since her return, Kelsie has learned and loved the business side of running an early childcare center while still being involved in seeing the children and being able to play with them. You'll often find Kelsie joining a classroom when they are playing with shaving cream.

Nicole Galvin

With Little Sprouts Since 2019

Nicole has been passionate about early education since high school, where she fell in love with teaching through a child development elective. She graduated from Northern Essex Community College with an Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education in 2016. Nicole began her journey at Little Sprouts Stratham as a preschool teacher and was promoted to Assistant Director in 2021. Nicole furthered her education by earning a Bachelor's in Child and Family Studies from Merrimack College in 2024. With extensive experience teaching infants to school-age children, Nicole loves helping teachers with curriculum and enjoys daily interactions with the children, from snuggling babies to playing on the playground with preschoolers. Being in the classroom is always a joy for her.

We plan multiple family events each year, including fall festivals, art shows, ice cream socials, and monthly Family Friday activities in the classrooms. Our newly formed parent partnership group also provides opportunities for families to connect and collaborate.

When entering our address into GPS, it often directs families to the back door. To reach the main entrance, continue down the driveway and take a right at the trees to enter the correct parking area at the back of the complex.
